We help organisations understand what’s really going on with their staff. Sounds simple, right? In the case of WorkPAL that’s as ‘simple’ as working out how ready an organisation would be for it (and the continuous performance management that it brings) – and helping them understand and get started on what they could be doing to make them more ready!
There are many key factors that lead to an organisation being successful, but good managers is right up there! So, for example, if a client uses WorkPAL we’re always keen to support managers to make sure they can run with it from day one (that normally looks like support with communication skills and change management, but that’s not always the case!).
We use modern technologies such as gaming and nudge principles to make sure we offer really engaging e-learning that staff actually want to engage with (and want more of!).
We coach staff, leaders, teams – and even coaches! Can you tell we’re massive advocates of using coaching to produce a high performance culture?
There’s always going to be a need for training – but rather than just provide what we’re asked for, we pride ourselves on our ability to get under the need for the training so we can make it relevant to all our delegates (and make sure it’s actually what you need!).
