Ray Pendleton FCIPD has been a Director of OD for more than 10 years and has delivered successful development, change and transformation programmes in all sectors, including Banking, Government and NHS. He works at Board level which includes coaching many Senior Executives as part of his method of delivering change through people, not for people.
He is a Chartered Fellow of CIPD and an honorary lecturer in Leadership & Change at Edge Hill University. He is also a qualified practitioner in the cutting edge field of using action logics to deliver Leadership in Ambiguity.
Such is his reputation for delivering meaningful change done well, Ray is also asked to sit on Government Think Tanks, most recently the Employee Engagement Think Tank run by David MacLeod and Nita Clarke and sponsored by the past and present Governments. He is a recognised thought leader in his field and facilitates and speaks at many HR/OD events. He is also a lead member of the NHS Cheshire & Merseyside OD forum.
Ray is passionate about making change happen, not spouting the usual change jargon, and in doing so empowering people to own their thinking, approaches and performance…. and therefore their own and their organisation’s sustainable future.
