DO I NEED TO ATTEND ALL OF SESSIONS?
Absolutely not but we'd love it if you did! While these three Masterclass Sessions are all designed to be complementary to each other and they do follow a progressive path, they also each cover specific areas so they can absolutely be attended in isolation.
Whether you attend one, two or all three of the sessions is entirely up to you based on your specific needs, your interests and indeed your availability.
HOW LONG ARE THEY?
Since your time is precious – and very often expensive – we’re aiming to keep these webinars concise and punchy so we aim for 30 sessions. That being said, each session will be immediately followed by a live Q&A session which we will be happy to run for as long as required.

In Session 1 we'll be peeling back the curtain on our own activity to reveal, in context, how we engage with and equip executive and board teams with streams of 'real-time' strategic workforce data to help them understand their true reality and move their organisations forward. We’ll workshop the outcomes your own organisations are looking for and furnish you with all the best practice tips and tools you need to better acquire, collate, flex and measure your data to drive your own organisational development.

WHO'S LEADING THE SESSIONS?
The sessions will all be chaired by Ray Pendleton FCIPD, Founder and Managing Director of Thirsty Horses and a Director of OD for more than 10 years.
Ray has delivered successful development, change and transformation programmes across all sectors, including Banking, Government and NHS. He is a Chartered Fellow of CIPD and an honorary lecturer in Leadership & Change at Edge Hill University. He is also a qualified practitioner in the cutting edge field of using Action Logics to support leaders delivering in the ambiguous world we all live in today.
Such is his reputation for delivering meaningful change that Ray also sits on the Liverpool CIPD Branch Committee and has also been a life-long member of the Employee Engagement Movement run by David MacLeod and Nita Clarke, which is sponsored by both past and present Governments.
